Trial stayed. Accused remain in custody.

The Berlin court case will be amalgamated with the case against Rudolf Sch.. The current court case will be stayed.

This decision was revealed today by the First Senate of the Berlin High Court, after only 40 minutes of deliberation. Presiding Judge Henning didn't set a date for the new court case.

After the court announced the amalgamation, bail hearings happened in the court room for all 4 accused. After several hours of deliberation, the court announced late afternoon, that the accused will remain in custody.
