BKA officer as witness

The court started today with the examination of the witness Klaus Schulzke, high inspector with the BKA ( German Federal Criminal Police) . The meanwhile retired BKA officer took part in the investigation against the Revolutionary Cells/Red Zora since 1994.

In relation to the investigation against Tarek Mousli, Schulzke was the leading investigator. According to the Presiding Judge Hennig, his examination today was to reveal the police knowledge about the Revolutionary Cells/Red Zora, prior to Tarek Mousli been interviewed. The defence team declined todays examination as they questioned the witness status of Schulzke. Earlier today the defence handed in an application, to finally reveal a complete set of files of the investigation for the defence.

The examination of Schulzke will be continued in the afternoon.
